We offer simple one room Cozy Cabins all the way to four bedroom fully-appointed luxury Club Cabins. We also have beautiful campsites along the Kennebec River with optional cabin tents. Our Kennebec River campground is served by spacious, clean, modern restrooms and showers.  In wintertime, snowmobile right from your cabin on smooth trails during our winter season! All accommodations have direct, groomed trail access to ITS 86/87.

The Forks Resort –Club Cabins

3 Bedrooms, Sleeps up to 8-10
Our Club Cabins are designed to offer the ultimate in North Woods luxury! Each log cabin is tastefully furnished and decorated, and offers all the creature comforts (and a little more!). Each has a complete kitchen with pots & pans, place settings, microwave, toaster, full size refrigerator and stove/oven, dishwasher, and a jacuzzi.

Black Bear and Whitetail Deer Cabin - 3 Bedroom Club Cabins

• Full living room and dining area, pull out couch (single bed).
• 3 separate bedrooms.... one with a queen bed, one with double bed/bunk combination, one with a double bed.
• 2 private bathrooms (master bathroom has a jacuzzi).
• Will sleep up to 8 people in comfort.

Bobcat and Lynx Cabin -3 Bedroom Club Cabins

• These units will accommodate 8 to 10 people.
• Upstairs has full living room/dining area, pull out couch (double bed), and a complete kitchen with place settings for 7 people.
• Two private bedrooms ....one with a double bed, one with a double bed/bunk combination.
• Full bathroom.
• Downstairs has a full living room/dining area, pull out couch (double bed), and a complete kitchen with place settings for 4 people.
• 1 bedroom with a king bed and master bathroom with jacuzzi.

 

 

The Forks Resort –North Woods Cabins

2 and 4 Bedrooms, Sleeps up to 8-14

Our beautiful, natural log cabins are located along Martin Pond and the Kennebec River. Each cabin has a compete kitchen with pots & pans, place settings, microwave, toaster, a full size refrigerator and stove/oven, private bathrooms, living room and dining area, cathedral ceiling and large outside deck. Will comfortably sleep from 8 to 14 people.

Moose Maple Cabin:

2 private bedrooms, each with a double bed/bunk combination. Full size loft with 2 double beds. One bathroom.

King Pine, Mountain Ash, and Tamarack Cabin:

4 private bedrooms, each with a double bed/bunk combination. Full size loft with 2 double beds. Two bathrooms.

Partridge and Woodcock Cabin:

Two private bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. Full size loft with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. One bathroom. These two cabins are beautifully situated along the Kennebec River, about 1/4 mile from the Lodge.

 

The Forks Resort –Timberdoodle Condo

4 Bedrooms, Sleeps up to 12
Adjoining the main Lodge, the Condo provides deluxe accommodations for larger groups.

• The large kitchen has pots & pans, microwave, toaster, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and place settings.
• Two full bathrooms.
• Separate full size living room and dining area.
• Each of the 4 private bedrooms has a double bed and a futon and sleeps up to 3  people each (12 total in the condo)

The Forks Resort –Crying Loon Cottage

4 Bedrooms, Sleeps up to 8
High up on a small bluff overlooking Martin Pond, this cottage is completely wheelchair accessible.

• Complete kitchen with pots & pans, microwave, full size refrigerator and stove with oven, place settings, toaster
• One three quarter bathroom, large living room and dining area.
• Each of the 4 private bedrooms has a double bed.
   

The Forks Resort –Logdominiums

1 Large Loft, Sleeps up to 6
Located next to the main Lodge, these mini-condo units offer comfortable accommodations for up to six people.

• Each features a warm, wood interior with a living room and dining area, private bathroom
• Kitchenette with 2 burner stove (no oven), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, studio refrigerator, pots & pans, and place settings.
• The large upstairs loft has 2 double beds, and there’s a trundle bed in the living room.

 

The Forks Resort –Cozy Cabins

1 Room Cabins, Sleeps up to 3

Perfect for a couple or small family looking for a quiet hideaway, these log cabins are nestled in the tall pines....the perfect Maine getaway! Each cozy, one room cabin has a porch, a private 3/4 bath, a kitchenette with 2 burner stove (no oven), microwave, toaster, studio refrigerator, pots & pans, and place settings for 4 people.

River Driver and Pickeroon Cozy Cabins

• 1 double bed/bunk combination.

Cant Dog, Pike Pole, Boom Chain, and Widowmaker Cozy Cabins

• 1 queen bed, plus pull out couch (single bed)
• Ok, what's with these cabin names? You guessed it! They are logging terms. The Kennebec was a major river highway for Maine logging. The last log drive was in 1976, the same year we started rafting the river!  More Northern Outdoors history.
   

The Forks Resort –Lodge Rooms

Each Room Sleeps up to 6
Conveniently located in the main lodge, these large roomy accommodations each contain two double beds, one large bunk bed and a private bathroom. These rooms can comfortably sleep up to six people.

 

The Forks Resort- Cabin Tents: Kennebec River Campground

Sleeps up to 2-4

Located in our campground along the Kennebec River, our cabin tents provide economical yet comfortable wilderness accommodations, without the usual hassles associated with camping. The campground is directly across the street from our Forks Center Resort campus.

• These large, bright, airy tents are suitable for 2 or 4 people, and feature a wooden floor, screen door, electric lighting, and single beds with foam mattresses.
• You will need to bring a sleeping bag or bedding.
• A fire ring and picnic table are provided at each site.

The Forks Resort- Campsites: Kennebec River Campground

Our Kennebec River Campground offers a selection of well-kept, wooded campsites, all served by spacious, clean, modern restrooms and showers. The campground is directly across the street from our Forks Center Resort campus.

• A fire ring and picnic table are provided at each site.
• Individual and group sites are available.
• RV sites are also available.
